Snoring is Annoying

Is Someone You Love Keeping You Up At Night?
We can help, a Dental Snoring Device controls snoring comfortably.

Fact (1): 1/3 of the population snores!

It is estimated that more than 90 million people in North America snore while sleeping. The snorer feels no ill-effects: can't control their snoring naturally. Unfortunate, spouses, partners and children are often repeatedly disturbed during their sleep cycle because of a snoring family member.

For the partner and family--- this often can lead to fatigue, lack of attention and concentration, nodding-off, seperate bedrooms, and in many cases---tensions and animosity between couples.

*Unfortunately, incidences of pilots, air traffic controllers, truckers and even people like you, have caused sometimes fatal accidents by falling asleep at the wheel!

( Special: $100 off- for the first 10 callers, each month- who want to control snoring easily and comfortably, and are treated. Cannot be combined with any other promotion.  )

Fact (2): Snoring can kill you, according to a UCLA study: the struggle for breath can result in soaring blood pressure, damage the walls of the carotid arteries and increase the risk of stroke. Fortunately, using  Dental Snoring Devices, dentists can now provide most patients with help and effective relief.

What Causes Snoring?
During sleep, the muscles and soft tissues in the back of the throat and mouth relax, and droop, making the breathing airway smaller. This decrease in the airway space- requires air-flow to increase, to get enough, through a restricted space--through the smaller airway during breathing. As the velocity of required air is increased in the constricted space, soft tissues, like the soft pallate at the back of the throat,  and the uvula, vibrate against the back of the tongue

The vibrations of these soft tissues in the mouth and throat result in what's called  snoring. It should also be noted that  excess body weight, heavy alcohol consumption, and other sedatives increase the severity of snoring. Some research evidence suggests that severe snoring-- can lead to obstructive sleep apnea-a condition that can cause increase in blood pressure and strokes.

So, it is important to treat snoring for your family's sake, for you to get a healthy, full night's, deep sleep--and for your overall health.

What Can be Done?
Your doctor usually treats snoring the following way: CPAP- being hooked up to an oxygen tank, with tubes that go into the nose and force a constant stream of air through. This of course is very restrictive, uncomfortable to many people: you must sleep only on your back, and we don't have to mention the effect on your romantic endeavors.

Studies have shown that patient compliance- that patients wear this- on average, only about 3 months, and then stop using CPAP- (due to uncomfortableness), and go back to snoring-with all of it's possible disruption, tension for the family, risks regarding sleep apnea, etc.

What Your Doctor Won't Tell You!
There is a more comfortable alternative, that is just as effective:

Dental Snoring Device that Works:
The good news is that for the majority of snorers, however, the most non-invasive, comfortable, and effective snoring solution remains the dentist-prescribed Dental Snoring Preventative Device (Snoring Retainer

How does the Snoring Retainer  help stop snoring, how does it work
Snoring research has  also shown that custom fitted dental devices worn at night, move the lower jaw into a slightly forward position, which increases the space in the airway tube- which, creates more space for the air to go through , which reduces air velocity, so your lungs and heart don't have to work as fast to intake the adequate amount of oxygen and soft tissue vibration can be controlled.*

The dental Snoring Retainer forms are transparent, flexible, custom fitted to dental  molds of your teeth, laminated, and the fit is excellent and comfortable. It is comfortable to wear, and you are not restricted, don't feel claustaphobic, and can sleep in any position you choose.

*By increasing the airway space, and the capacity of airflow, airflow velocity is reduced; soft tissue vibrations are reduced, or eliminated, and snoring can be reduced , or eliminated.
